Ingredients

  • 4  hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Mantra Shorshe Posto
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 5 green chillies 2 roughly chopped and 3 slitted
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • salt (according to taste)

Instructions

  • Soak Emami Healthy & Tasty Mantra Shorshe Posto for 8 minutes in water.
  • Grind Mantra Shorshe Posto with 2 green chillies and water, till a smooth paste forms, and keep it aside.
  • Make vertical slits on the eggs so that the flavour of the spices is well incorporated.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek and dried red chillies. Stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add the chopped tomato and stir until it turns soft.
  • Now, add the masala paste, turmeric powder, slitted green chillies and salt.
  • Add 1 cup warm water, mix well and cover the lid. Bring it to a boil.
  • Now, add the eggs and cover the lid again. Cook it on a medium flame for around 10 minutes.
  • Your Dim Shorshe Posto is ready to be served now, with a side of rice.
