Soak Emami Healthy & Tasty Mantra Shorshe Posto for 8 minutes in water.
Grind Mantra Shorshe Posto with 2 green chillies and water, till a smooth paste forms, and keep it aside.
Make vertical slits on the eggs so that the flavour of the spices is well incorporated.
Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek and dried red chillies. Stir for 30 seconds.
Add the chopped tomato and stir until it turns soft.
Now, add the masala paste, turmeric powder, slitted green chillies and salt.
Add 1 cup warm water, mix well and cover the lid. Bring it to a boil.
Now, add the eggs and cover the lid again. Cook it on a medium flame for around 10 minutes.
Your Dim Shorshe Posto is ready to be served now, with a side of rice.
