Ingredients

  • 3-4 Cup Nutri soya chunks  (boiled and squeezed dry)
  • ¼ Cup French beans  (finely chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas
  • ¼ Cup Onion  (Chopped)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • tsp Ginger, Garlic (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Fresh Coconut  (grated)
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida powder/ Hing
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powde
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Dry red chillies
  • ½ Lemon
  • tsp Refined oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat refined oil in a pan
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Allow to splutter
  • Add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, dry red chillies
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion and saute.
  • Add Nutri soya mini chunks. Saute for 5 mins on slow flame
  • Add French beans, green peas and mix
  • Add salt and lemon
  • Garnish with freshly grated coconut
  • Serve hot
